Stunning design
My Helping Hands is a compassionate start-up founded by Saralynn Gallafent, dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s overwhelming transitions – from moving house and bereavement to becoming a new parent or decluttering a busy home. Saralynn’s goal is to help clients create calm and harmony in their spaces, allowing them to focus on what matters most.
We crafted a warm and approachable visual identity that reflects Saralynn’s personal and professional approach. This included developing a flexible logo system, a carefully chosen colour palette, and a typeface pairing designed for clarity and friendliness.
These elements came together across multiple touchpoints, including business cards – for which we created several design options and mock-ups, recommended print specifications that balanced quality with cost-efficiency – and marketing leaflets, where we explored formats before settling on a practical, double-sided A5 design ideal for local outreach.
Strategic development
Working closely with Saralynn, we developed a clear brand guideline to ensure consistency across all channels, both digital and offline.
We applied this identity to build a minimum viable product (MVP) website (my-helpinghands.co.uk) featuring clear messaging, services, and contact details. The site was designed to launch quickly and serve as a scalable foundation for future growth.
Alongside the website, we provided strategic advice on setting up local community profiles on platforms such as Facebook and Nextdoor to boost visibility and engagement in Saralynn’s service areas around Stroud and Gloucester.
