Website Technical Support for Toddle Born Wild

Toddle Born Wild contacted us to support the maintenance and growth of their e-commerce responsive website.

Our mission was to stabilise the existing site, provide technical advice, and action changes throughout the month. We understood that internal employees needed the ability to update the website for senior stakeholders and supplier approvals, before publishing direct to production.

To achieve this we quickly designed & built a staging site for them to manage through their existing CMS, as a result this helped reduce mistakes going live to customers. We started the contract in July 2020, and we continued to work on a flexible basis throughout 2021 on the run-up to their Dragon’s Den pitch 2021.

It’s been a breath of fresh air working with SD Studios. They are incredibly technically capable as well as commercially aware. I had yet to find a company with these abilities for such a reasonable price. Everywhere else I looked either lacked the expertise, commercial insight or were prohibitively expensive. Issues are dealt with very quickly and fully and all updates/changes explained. The peace of mind I now have that my website is well looked after, maintained superbly and technically safe is a huge relief.
